The enamelled mixers are equipment used in the chemical industry where wearing process deteriorates irreparably metallic materials.
The mechanical seals that produces Fluiten with flange enameled, have proved to be a winning product in time for the geometry, which allows easy cleaning and for the quality of enameling which considerably extends the service life of the seal.
The image shows an example of two seals for machine glazed, thanks to a revision program planned, are in use at our customer for over two years.
The seal GTA 1345, is an engineered product of the standard series GT 1165, developed in the cartridge with the sealing rings in contact with the product made of non-metallic material to increase the resistance to chemical attack. The seal is developed for use with the auxiliary liquid and the pressurized double balance tolerate momentary pressure reversals ensuring the proper functioning of the seal.
